area roadways. only going to take your 11 minutes on the outer loop west side, a 10 minute trouble, south i-95 from the sel -- no problems to report here. as we switch over we will show you i-70, look in like a nice start to their east and west bound. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> new this morning, baltimore city police investigating a late night shooting in east baltimore. happened after a 11:00 p.m. near north carolina's streets. the victim was taken to hospital with unknown injuries. city police also investigating a shooting in south baltimore. officers saying the victim suffered from a gunshot wound in cherry hill. police still looking for

information on both shootings. >> meanwhile, police are looking for three men they say are responsible for two armed robberies two minutes apart. >> that happened early wednesday morning. that is where jennifer franciotti is live this morning. with three know about these robberies? >> please do have descriptions of the suspects and sale least two of them have guns. the earliest in the morning when police were called to this area of roland park for reports. two people had been involved in separate incidents of our robbery and abduction. the purse top of around 2:00 a.m., a 41 year-old woman was approached by three male suspects, they say she forced her at gunpoint back into our car drive to a nearby atm and take money. the released unharmed later. about 10 minutes later, the suspects targeted and 19-year- old riding a bike. >> they struck this victim with their car, he fell off his bicycle.

they went off with the guys to make sure he was ok. at that point they forced him into their vehicle, asked him if he had an atm card, he did not, so they took other personal property from him. >> the suspects did release but man unharmed. we know that both victims are working was there with police to give them descriptions and the vehicle there were driving. we are told that the suspects were driving a four-door dodge stratus. jennifer franciotti, wbal 11. >> carroll county police arrest three suspects in association with the damage to vehicles. a stroll from a number -- they stole from over 50 vehicles. >> there were cooperative with investigators and prosecutors to

identify the owners of a property damage and returned some of the items that had been taken. we encourage residents to remove their valuables from sight, closing unlocking all of their vehicles. >> according to the shares office, the teens will stay in their parents' custody pending any actions from the juvenile department of justice. >> and a runway crash scared the accident happened back in general, killing 18-year-old, 55-year-old and a 19-year-old. they supplied out to 18 hours before the crash. both drivers were under the influence at the time of the accident. >> police found a man's body in a wooded area. and now an update. officials tried to determine how the died. they say he was reported missing last month after he was seen leaving his girlfriend's home.

detectives had been investigating the apparent until they found his body during the 1300 block of harvard bound drive. and a victim recovering after police sure she was abducted from a home while sleeping. police say he broke into a home on rose avenue and threatened the woman in home, tossing the firebomb onto the bed. when the bomb did not go off, he forced her outside at knife point. and the two were finally found in a wooded area near and middle school. >> a baltimore city councilman was to take a closer look at a possible abuse of overtime. investigators raided the offices of a specialist police unit seeking payroll records. one man submitted duplicates overtime slips for the same

it will be around in the morning and by the afternoon clouds will break up and we will get sunshine. nothing going on here at home. let us talk about the tropics. this is a hurricane sandy. a huge storm. well defined. will move into the bahamas and the next 24 hours. or does it go after that? here is the weather set up. there's critical error diving down out of the great lakes. will be coming off the coast. and this front is going to grab hurricane sandy start to transition it into a nor'easter. it will not be a tropical system by the time it gets to us. it makes it come onshore anywhere from the delaware beaches anywhere from there up into nova scotia. most likely it will come and between all of those computer model spreads. it will, somewhere north of us. and it will be close enough to cause some bumpy weather, whether it is close to us or

we are going to talk more about that periods and cooler temperatures in the seven-day forecast. but today it is nice and mild. 64 already downtown. that is the average high today. 58 in parkton. a little bit of cloud cover. these low clouds artistic a way through the morning. it will break up this afternoon and we will get some sunshine. the characters will not move all that quickly. we should be in the low 70's. and the big story, what happens with hurricane sandy. coming across the eastern tip of cuba. a category two hurricane. a dangerous storm. it will move into the bahamas today. the big question for us is what happens after that. it is complex to answer. here is the weather set up for next week. cold air diving in out of the great lakes, setting up frost in the atmosphere.

this wave will pick up hurricane sandy and transition it into a nor'easter. it will transition it from a tropical system to a winter like storm. the computer models are varied as to where it will make landfall. some models bring it up to chesapeake bay. some credit as fault north as nova scotia. obviously it will land somewhere in between. and when it does it will have the characteristics of a tropical system complete with those of hurricane force winds and even maybe some snow on the backside of it once it gets mixed in with cold air. this is not an easy answer as to what will happen. we will have to see how transitions. cloudy skies to start the day, partly cloudy later on. the high temperature into the low 70's. seven-day forecast going into the weekend, about the same thing tomorrow. 68 saturday. quite the next few days. the big question is what happens with hurricane sandy. a chance of rain, maybe some
